[3D Scanning and Printing]
This week the assigment :
3D scan an object and Design and 3D print the object
I decided scan a cherry model on plastic I made a 3D design, and also I learned to configure the machine.
After the machine finished the print, I had to clean and take off the raft that machine created and also take off the material
We started to 3D scanning in the modella machine, I did not have no problems were quite easy, after a few adjustements the machine started.
Cherry final scan.
Surface imported in to 3ds Max Design to rebuild the cherry.
I modified the cherry model with 3d studio max and fixed any errors with MeshLab.
The objective of this scan was to produce a 3D printable object.

We decided also make our own scanner
And we experienced scan a chair made in press fit ...
