The first step was milling the board, and for this I used Fab Modules, I load .png en in my case I used an offset value of "6" for the milling with 1/64, and by default for cutting the board with 1/32.
The second step was solder the board, I had cared about the sense of direction of some components: Diode and microcontroller.
The final step was programming, and first I tried to program with AvrStudio-5 and I could not, the message was that my computer not recognized the device (Device Unknown), so I had to use Ubuntu to program and that was the solution, then when I connect the board to the computer, it recognize the device (FabIsp device).
