Rendered Laser Portal laser arch Designed/constructed in Rhino, rendered using V-Ray. Laser 'beams' lofted as solids then rendered as transparent.

Rhino 3D Model Portal linework drawn in AutoCAD or 'Live Traced' in Illustrator from 2d image, then 'Piped' in Rhino. A simple Grasshopper script, 'OrientToCamera', was used to make bitmap billboard plane (lady) face camera wherever it moves.
